Capabilities
Custom-design and manufacturing of supported fixed and fluidised
bed precious and non-precious metal catalysts. These catalysts
can be produced using either the precipitation or impregnation
route. Both our pilot plant and industrial plant are equipped
with the following equipment:
Precipitation
Tanks for preparing metal solutions. Precipitation reactors.
Filter/washing presses. Dryers: belt dryers, vacuum dryers,
stationary dryers, microwave dryer, spray dryer. Calciners:
rotary and stationary calciners, tunnel kiln (Temperature
400 - 1200 degree C. Forming equipment: extruders, tablet
presses, spheres forming equipment.
Impregnation
Tanks for preparing impregnation solutions, glass-lined. Mixers.
Forming equipment: extruders, tablet presses, spheres forming
equipment. Impregnation equipment: for powders or shaped particles.
Dryers: vacuum rotary dryers, stationary dryers. Calciners:
rotary and stationary calciners, tunnel kiln (Temperature
400 - 1200 degree C.) Our production is fully supported by
